Ingredients
- 500gr. thick pasta (like for pastitsio)
- 1 liter milk
- 100gr. cow’s butter Lurpak
- 4 medium eggs
- 2 packs of Arla Pasta Gratinar cheese
- 300gr. feta cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
Method
Boil the pasta 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package.
Preheat your baking tray in the oven until it’s hot.
Take the tray out and add the butter, cut into cubes, letting it melt.
Add the pasta and mix with your hands, spreading it evenly.
In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and whisk well.
Add one pack of Pasta Gratinar and the crumbled feta cheese to the bowl, then mix.
Pour the mixture evenly over the pasta in the tray.
Sprinkle the second pack of Pasta Gratinar on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (340-355°F) for about 35 minutes.
