Ingredients
- 350 gr. self-raising flour
- 180 ml water
- 50 gr. cow’s butter (Lurpak)
- Salt
- Leftover stewed beef with its sauce
- 200 gr. mozzarella (Arla)
- Bell peppers
Method
In the mixer bowl, add the flour, water, butter, and salt.
Mix with the dough hook on low speed until it forms a dough.
Take the dough and roll it out on a counter, optionally sprinkling some semolina.
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it out a bit
more in the tray.
Add the tomato sauce, beef, cheese, and peppers.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
