Potato Salad with Greek Pastrami

Ingredients

  • 1 kg. Βaby potatoes, boiled
  • 80 ml Οlive oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Mustard
  • 300 gr. Turkey pastrami Karamanlidika by Fanis
  • 1 Grated carrot
  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • Salt
  • Pepper

 

Method
In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the vinegar and mustard until the sauce is well
combined.

Finally, in a large bowl, add all the ingredients (the pastrami should be cut into one-
centimeter cubes) and mix them well with your hands.
