Ingredients
- 1 kg. Βaby potatoes, boiled
- 80 ml Οlive oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Mustard
- 300 gr. Turkey pastrami Karamanlidika by Fanis
- 1 Grated carrot
- 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Capers
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
In a bowl, mix the olive oil with the vinegar and mustard until the sauce is well
combined.
Finally, in a large bowl, add all the ingredients (the pastrami should be cut into one-
centimeter cubes) and mix them well with your hands.
