Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 3 medium eggs
  • 400 ml ARLA heavy cream 36%
  • 1 package of Arla Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package of Havarti cheese
  • 50 g Lurpak cow milk butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

In a bowl, mix the eggs with heavy cream, salt, and pepper.

Right after, cut the potatoes into rounds of about 0.5 cm.

On a baking pan, place a layer of potatoes, pour the egg mixture over, and top with a layer of cheese.

Continue the same process with the rest of the potatoes, until they are done.

Finally, sprinkle cheese on top, and after cutting the butter into small pieces, spread it all over the surface.

Cover the pyrex with foil.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C fan, for about half an hour.
Then, remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
