Ingredients
- 250 gr. Protein cottage cheese ARLA
- 1 medium egg
- 100 gr. Sugar
- 200 gr. Whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
Method
In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese with the sugar and the egg until
smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the flour with the baking powder, which have
been mixed together beforehand.
Mix by hand until it forms a uniform dough.
Shape the dough into cookies of the desired size and place them on a baking sheet
lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180C in air mode for about 20 minutes.
