Ingredients
- 170 g wholemeal flour
- 170 g oats
- 100 g icing sugar
- 180 g cow milk butter
- 2 medium eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
In a large bowl, place all the ingredients and mix well with your hands until a dough forms.
Once the dough is ready, shape it into balls of the desired size.
Then, press them slightly, and place them on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180C fan, for about 10 minutes.
