Stuffed Burgers with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1200 gr. ground beef
  • 130 gr. finely chopped onion
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 medium egg
  • 10 gr. salt
  • 2 gr. pepper
  • 70 gr. breadcrumbs
  • 250 ml water
  • 30 gr. tomato paste
  • 2 gr. oregano
  • 30 gr. parsley
  • 2 packs of Pasta Gratinar Arla cheese

 

Method
In a pan, sauté the tomato paste in olive oil for 2-3 minutes.

Finely chop the onion and parsley.

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except the cheese), including the olive
oil and sautéed tomato paste. Mix well with your hands.

Shape the mixture into burger patties of your desired size. Place cheese in the center
of each patty and seal them closed.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180°C (fan mode) for about 35 minutes if you prefer
them well-done.
