Sugar-Free Frozen Dessert

Ingredients

  • 500 gr. Sweet myzithra cheese Fanis’ Karamanlidika
  • 300 ml Full fat heavy cream
  • 100 gr. Honey
  • Lemon zest
  • 1 Vanilla powder

 

For garnishing

  • Honey
  • Pistachios

 

Method
In a blender, combine all the ingredients for the dessert and mix until the mixture is
smooth.

Pour the mixture into a rectangular cake mold and cover with cling film, ensuring it
touches the surface of the mixture.

Place in the freezer for 4-5 hours.

Garnish with honey and crushed Aegina pistachios.

Store in the freezer.
