- 400 g strained yogurt
- 250 g granulated sugar
- 3 medium eggs
- 320 ml Arla heavy cream 36% fat
- 60 g Lurpak butter
- 50 g cornstarch
- zest of 1 orange
Melt the butter into a coffee pot, and then let it cool.
Next, add the eggs and cornstarch to a bowl and stir together with a hand whisk.
Right after, add the butter, and while stirring constantly add the strained yogurt, sugar, and heavy cream.
When the mixture is ready, line a 22-24 cm round baking pan and empty the mixture carefully. Make sure to line the inner edges all around the pan too.
Bake in a preheated oven, on the middle oven rack, at 150-160 C fan, for about half an hour.
