Ingredients

  • 800 ml Full fat cream
  • 1 Can caramelized sweetened condensed milk (396-398 ml)
  • 2 Medium ripe bananas
  • 100 gr. Biscuits of your choice
  • 125 gr. Classic couverture

 

Method
In a blender, add the heavy cream, caramelized sweetened condensed milk, and
bananas.

Blend until the mixture is completely smooth.

Pour half of the mixture into a rectangular cake mold.

Break half of the biscuits into irregular pieces and sprinkle them over the mixture
along with half of the couverture, which should be cut into pieces beforehand.

Pour in the remaining ice cream mixture, then add the rest of the biscuits and
chocolate.

Cover with cling film, ensuring it touches the surface of the mixture, and place in the
freezer until it sets.
