Ingredients
- 200 gr. Cream cheese ARLA
- 3 Medium eggs
- 800 gr. Zucchini
- 300 gr. Feta cheese
- 100 gr. Fine semolina
- Salt
- Pepper
- Mint
Method
In a bowl, add the cream cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper, and mix well with a whisk.
In another bowl, place the zucchini, which has been grated on a coarse grater and
lightly drained.
Add the mint, the feta cheese (broken into pieces by hand), and finally the semolina.
Mix well with your hands.
Next, pour the zucchini mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
Mix very well and pour onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C, in air mode, for about 30-35 minutes.
