Healthy chocolate peanut butter bars

Ingredients

  • 500 g ION PÂTISSERIE classic couverture 
  • 250 g peanut butter
  • 250 g honey
  • 600 g oat 
  • 150 g dried fruit of your preference
  • 150 g pistachios (or nuts of your preference)

 

Method 

Cut the chocolate couverture into pieces, heat them over a bain-marie along with honey and peanut butter. Stir the mixture with a mariz, until it forms into a ganache.

Then, line a 25×35 cm baking pan with parchment paper, and set aside.

Right after, add the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand, wearing disposable gloves.

Afterwards, add the ganache into the mixture while stirring constantly, until completely incorporated.

Pour the mixture into the baking pan and press down on it with your hands in order to spread it evenly and flatten it out. Make the bars as thick as you prefer.

Finally, refrigerate for 30 minutes, so the mixture can chill. 

Then, cut the bars in a size to your liking and store them in a bowl.

Store in a cool place.
