Coconut with chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100 gr. Strained yogurt
  • 60 gr. Ground coconut
  • 40 gr. Honey
  • 125 gr. Classic couverture ION

 

Method
In a large bowl, combine the coconut with the yogurt and honey, and mix with your
hands until the mixture is homogeneous.

Transfer the mixture into a small rectangular dish lined with parchment paper and
place it in the freezer for half an hour.

Meanwhile, melt the classic couverture in a bain-marie until it is fully melted.

Once the couverture is melted, remove it from the heat.

Remove the mixture from the freezer and cut it into 6 equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a cylinder shape using your hands.

Dip each coconut roll into the melted couverture one by one, and using two forks,
transfer them onto a plate lined with parchment paper.

Garnish with a little extra ground coconut.
