Ingredients
- 250 g self-rising flour
- 50 g Lurpak cow milk butter
- 100 g feta cheese
- 200 g Arla mix cheese
- 100 g whole milk yogurt
- 150 ml whole milk
- 2 medium eggs
- oregano
Method
In a large bowl, whisk the yogurt with the eggs and the milk until combined. Then, in a plate add the feta cheese and crumble it.
Next, melt the butter in a coffee pot, without burning it.
Right after, add the rest of the ingredients into the egg mixture and whisk thoroughly, until it forms into a homogeneous mush.
Finally, line a pyrex with parchment paper, and pour the mixture into it. Bake in a preheated oven at 170-180 C fan, on the middle oven rack, for approximately half an hour.
