Ingredients
- 500 g ION PATISSERIE white couverture
- 500 g strained yogurt
Method
Melt the white couverture in a bain-marie over low heat.
When it is ready, remove it from the stove and add about 1/3 of the yogurt, stirring vigorously with a hand whisk.
Finally, add the rest of the yogurt, while stirring with the whisk.
Divide into bowls of your preference and garnish with fresh fruit.
