Ingredients
- 150 g feta cheese
- 60 g all-purpose flour
- 1 medium egg
Method
In a bowl, add the egg and flour and whisk well until completely homogenized.
Then, grate the feta cheese, add it to the mixture, and mix until it becomes a dough.
Right after, place the dough between a piece of parchment paper, and roll it out with your hands, about the size of your sandwich toaster.
Close the paper tightly, creating a virtual envelope.
Finally, bake in a heated sandwich toaster for 15 minutes.
