Ingredients
- 150 g oats
- 150 ml milk
- 50 g peanut butter pure natural
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 medium banana
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Method
In a food processor, grind the oatmeal into powder.
Then, in a pitcher, add all of your other ingredients and use a hand blender to puree them.
Right after, add them to the ground oats and blend for another minute with the hand blender.
Place a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, and add a very small amount of coconut oil.
Once the oil has melted, use a spoon to add the pancake batter to the desired amount.
Garnish with whatever you like.
