Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 250 gr. Classic couverture ION
  • 2 Ripe avocados
  • 50 gr. Honey

 

Method
In a bain–marie melt the classic couverture

Meanwhile, peel the avocados and place them in a jug along with the honey.

As soon as the couverture has melted, add it to the jug with the avocados.

Use an immersion blender to homogenize all the ingredients.

Finally, divide the mixture into bowls of your choice and place them in the refrigerator
to chill.

Garnish with toppings of your choice.
