Cheese Pie Without Eggs and Without Phyllo

Ingredients

  • 250 ml fresh whole milk
  • 200 gr. whole yogurt
  • 100 gr. Lurpak cow’s butter
  • 250 gr. self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 gr. anthotyro (Greek fresh cheese)
  • 500 gr. feta cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Optional: sesame seeds

Method
In a large bowl, add the milk, yogurt, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well with a
whisk.

While continuing to whisk, gradually add the flour and baking powder.

Finally, add the cheeses, which you’ve crumbled into small pieces by hand, into the
mixture.

Stir one last time to ensure everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a
preheated oven at 170°C (340°F) with the fan on for 30 minutes.
