Ingredients
- 350 g peanut butter
- 150 g honey
- 125 g ION cocoa powder
- 100 g ION PÂTISSERIE classic couverture (optionally)
Method
Mix the peanut butter and honey together in a large bowl, and stir well with a mariz.
Then, add the cocoa powder and continue stirring until they form into a dough.
At this stage of the recipe, finely chop the couverture and add it to the dough, while kneading until completely incorporated.
Next, shrink wrap the dough and refrigerate for half an hour.
When the dough cools slightly, mold it into balls of your preference. Line a plate to your liking with parchment paper and arrange the truffles on it. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
When the truffles are ready, place them into a bowl and store them in the fridge.
