Ingredients
- 2 medium eggs
- 90 g sugar
- 90 g cow milk butter
- 30 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
Method
In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the sugar.
Right after, stirring, add the eggs and the couverture, previously melted over a bain-marie.
Finally, add the flour and mix with a spatula.
Pour into a very small baking pan and bake in a preheated oven, at 170 C fan, for about 15 minutes.
