Ingredients

  • 250 g self-rising flour
  • 180 ml lukewarm water
  • 20 g Lurpak cow milk butter
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the garnish

  • Honey
  • Cinnamon

Method
In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients until they form a dough.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap, and let it rest for half an hour.

Right after, shape balls of the desired size.

Fry them in hot oil until golden, turning them at regular intervals, so that they don’t burn.

When ready, place them on paper towels, and immediately after, put them in a serving dish of your preference.

Finally, garnish with plenty of honey and cinnamon.
