Ingredients
- 250 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 10 dates
- 100 ml hot water
Method
Remove the pits from the dates and put them in hot water for a few minutes.
Then cut the couverture into very small pieces, and put it in a large food processor together with the dates and 100 ml of hot water.
Mix well until completely homogenized.
Then, fill a pastry bag with the mixture and divide into small silicone molds or alternatively small muffin tins.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour, and when ready unmold.
Store them in the refrigerator.
