Ingredients for the dough

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
  • 50 g rice flour
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 g dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Ingredients 

  • tomato sauce
  • 1 package of ARLA mozzarella
  • pepperoni or other cured meat of your choice

Method

In a mixer’s bowl, add all the ingredients for the dough and mix, using the hook attachment, until it forms a dough.
Place the dough in a bowl with a little flour, and cover with plastic wrap.
Let the dough rest for 2 hours.
After the 2 hours have passed, roll out the dough with your hands on a piece of parchment paper to the desired shape.
Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 C fan.
Right after, remove from the oven, and spread the tomato sauce, cheese and the cured meat of your preference on top of the dough.
Bake for about 5 more minutes at 200 C.
