Ingredients
- 10-15 baby potatoes
- tomato sauce
- Arla Mozzarella or Arla Pasta Gratinar
- salami
- salt
- pepper
Method
Rinse the potatoes well, and boil them with the skin on for 25 minutes.
When they have cooled slightly, score them crosswise with a knife.
Then, place them on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper.
Press the potatoes one by one with the base of a large glass, creating the base for the mini pizzas.
Then, season well with salt and pepper, and add a small amount of tomato sauce to each one.
Right after, add the cheese and salami.
Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 170 C for about 20-25 minutes.
