Handmade Cheese Pie (No-Phyllo)

Ingredients 

  • 200 g ARLA cream cheese
  • 150 g ARLA mozzarella
  • 400 g feta cheese
  • 200 g full-fat yoghurt
  • 2 medium eggs
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 110 g fine semolina
  • 200 g corn flour
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano

Method

In a large bowl, add the yogurt, cream cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, oregano.
Mix well with your hands until completely homogenized.
Right after, add the semolina and corn flour, and continue mixing until completely incorporated.
Finally, cut the feta cheese into thick pieces and add them into the mixture along with the mozzarella cheese.
Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture into it, and spread it evenly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C fan, for 45-50 minutes.
