- 300 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 397 g sweetened condensed milk

Method
In a small saucepan, add sweetened condensed milk and place it over medium heat, while constantly stirring with a mariz. Make sure you heat the milk, without burning it.
Next, finely chop the classic couverture. Right before it comes to a boil, remove from the stove, add the chopped classic couverture into the saucepan, and keep stirring with the mariz. Stir until completely homogenized.
Afterwards, place the mixture in a pastry bag and fill 6 silicon or paper cupcake molds, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until firm.
Finally, place the Nucrema in a pastry bag and use a nozzle with sharp pointed edges. Garnish with a rosette of Nucrema on top of each cupcake, if prefered.
