Ingredients
- 250 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 130 g tahini
- 100 g nuts (optionally)
Method
Place the classic couverture with tahini over a bain-marie, and stir with a mariz until melted and completely homogenized.
Then, remove from the stove, and add the nuts, while stirring constantly with the mariz. Stir until completely incorporated. (This step is optional).
Afterwards, line a large plate with parchment paper, take an amount of 5-6 nuts at a time with a spoon, and create uneven chocolate bites or small flat chocolate bites (with no nuts).
Finally, refrigerate for at least 1 hour until completely cool.
Store in the fridge.
