Ingredients
- 250gr. full-fat cream cheese Arla
- 70gr. powdered sugar
- 200ml heavy cream 35% Arla
Method
In the bowl of a mixer, using the whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese and
powdered sugar for one minute.
Immediately after, add the cold heavy cream and continue mixing until the cream
thickens.
Your cream is now ready to use.
Keep it refrigerated.
