Ingredients
- 1 pot Arla Protein yogurt
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tablespoons honey
Method
Place all the ingredients needed for this recipe into a food processor and start beating them very well (you can also use a stick blender to mix the ingredients together).
Then, fill the popsicle molds with the mixture, and place them in the freezer for at least 4 hours until they are frozen.
When ready, unmold by heating the popsicle molds with your hands.
Optionally, garnish with melted classic couverture.
