Ingredients
- 150 g ION dark chocolate couverture
- 200 g yogurt 2% or 0%
- 80 ml milk 1,5% or 0 %
- optionally, orange zest
Method
Chop chocolate into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
Heat the milk until it comes to a boil, and then pour it into the bowl with the chopped chocolate.
Let it rest for at least 1 minute. Then, start stirring with a mariz, until completely combined, and become a smooth, glossy ganache.
Add yogurt and orange zest to the ganache mixture and stir with a hand whisk, until a smooth mousse is formed.
Divide the mixture into bowls of your preference, and refrigerate until cool.
