4-Ingredient Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 350 gr chocolate cookies
  • 130 gr yogurt or chocolate-flavored yogurt dessert
  • 125 gr ION classic dark chocolate couverture
  • 200 gr praline

 

Method
In a bowl, grind the chocolate cookies into powder.

Over a bain marie, melt the chocolate couverture.

In a large bowl, combine the ground cookies with the melted
chocolate and add the yogurt dessert.

Next, mix well with your hands until you have a homogeneous
dough.

Take 3/5 of the dough and spread it on the base of the baking
pan you will be using.

Pour the praline on top of the dough, leaving a small gap around
the edges to attach the top part of the cake.

Immediately after, between two sheets of non-stick paper, roll
out the remaining 2/5 of the dough into the shape of your mold.

When it’s ready, place it on top of the base and press it around
the edges to make it stick.

Finally place the cake in the refrigerator.

Optionally, garnish with cocoa powder.
