Ingredients
- 1 Pack of ladyfingers
- 200 gr. Jam of your choice
- 200 gr. Cream cheese Arla
- 70 gr. Powdered sugar
- 200 ml heavy cream 35% Arla
Method
Place your jam in a pastry bag and make sandwiches with 2 ladyfingers with jam in
the middle.
Next, in the bowl of a mixer, blend the cream cheese with the sugar using the wire
whisk attachment for half a minute.
Immediately after, add the cold cream and mix until a thick cream forms.
Put the cream into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip and pipe decorative patterns on
top of our ladyfingers.
