Ingredients
- 500 g cream cheese
- 400 ml heavy cream 36% fat
- 100 g icing sugar
- 200 g cookies of your choice

Method
In a large bowl, add the frozen heavy cream, cream cheese, and icing sugar, and beat with a hand mixer until it becomes a thick cream.
Then, in a food processor, grind the cookies until they are almost powdered.
Pour the cookies into the cream cheese mixture, and use a mariz to mix them until completely incorporated.
Finally, divide the cream into bowls of your choice, and garnish with praline if preferred.
