- 400gr. Ripe bananas
- 100gr. Peanut butter
- 300gr. Oat flakes
- 100gr. Classic couverture chocolate drops ION
In a large bowl, mash the bananas together with the peanut butter using a hand blender.
Immediately after, add the oat flakes and mix with a spatula.
Finally, add the classic couverture chocolate drops and mix for one last time.
Form cookies of desired size and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 12 minutes.
