Ingredients
- 200 g Pure Natural royal dates
- 100 g Pure Natural peanut butter
- 20 g cocoa powder
- 300 g oats
- Optional 50 ml water
Method
In a food processor, puree the dates with the peanut butter.
Then, stir in the cocoa powder.
In a large bowl, add the oats into the date mixture.
Mix well with your hands until it forms a dough (you may need a little water, depending on how juicy the dates are).
Place the mixture between 2 sheets of parchment paper, and using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 1 cm.
Cut to the desired size.
