Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 100 g blonde raisins
- 90 g oat flakes
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g dried apricots
- 125 g ION classic couverture
- 20 ml seed oil
Method
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add the raisins, oats, sunflower seeds and dried apricots and mix with a spatula.
Spread the mixture on a baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 170C for 15 minutes.
In a bain marie, melt the couverture with the seed oil.
When you take the baking pan out of the oven, spread the chocolate mixture on top and place it in the fridge until it is frozen.
Cut into pieces of your choice.
