Ingredients
- 250gr. Cow Butter Lurpak
- 250gr. Powdered Sugar
- 1 Medium Egg Yolk
- 750gr. All-purpose Flour
- Zest from 2 oranges
- 10gr. Baking Powder
- 1 Vanilla Pod
- 80ml Fresh Orange Juice
- 100ml Fresh Full Fat Milk
- 1 Egg for Brushing
Method
In the bowl of a mixer, using the paddle attachment, beat the butter and powdered sugar
until well creamed.
Continue by adding the egg yolk.
Immediately after, using a spatula, scrape down the sides of the bowl and place the mixture
in the center.
Add all the remaining ingredients and mix until a homogeneous dough forms.
Shape the dough into desired cookie shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper.
Beat one egg thoroughly and lightly brush the cookies with it using a pastry brush.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170C, in air mode, for approximately 22-25 minutes.
