Ingredients
- 600gr. Protein pudding Arla
- 4 Medium eggs
- 100gr. Honey
- 50gr. Corn flour
Optional for garnis
- Sugar-free jam
- Nuts
Method
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until the mixture is homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into a 20cm baking dish lined with parchment paper and bake in a
preheated oven at 170-180C , in air mode, for about half an hour.
Optionally, garnish with sugar-free jam and nuts.
