Ingredients
- 500 g ION PÂTISSERIE classic couverture
- 300 g tahini
- 200 g honey
- 100 g walnuts
- 100 g cranberries
- 100 g granola
Method
Over a large bain-marie, melt the classic couverture, tahini, and honey and mix with a spatula until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Remove from the heat, add all the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
Pour the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll it to make a cylinder.
Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Store in the refrigerator.
