Ingredients
- 8 slices of sweet bread
- 250 ml whole milk
- 3 medium eggs
- 50 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 vanilla vial
- seed oil for frying
For coating and garnishing
- ION NUCREMA 30% less sugar
Method
In a bowl, add the milk, eggs, sugar, baking powder, and vanilla. Whisk well until completely combined.
Next, dunk 2 sweet bread slices into the egg mixture, dipping only one side.
Right after, add a little seed oil into a frying pan, and place it over heat until hot. Then, transfer the slices into the frying pan, with the wet side facing down.
Let them cook for 2 minutes until golden, and then remove from the pan.
Afterwards, spread praline over the cooked sides, and then sandwich the two coated slices.
Finally, dunk the uncooked sides into the egg mixture and place them back into the frying pan for 2 minutes per side.
When the french toast is ready, garnish with some NUCREMA.
