Ingredients
- 200 gr. Savoiardi biscuits
- 80 ml espresso coffee
- 100 gr. Arla cream cheese
- 100 gr. praline
- 30 gr. cocoa powder
- 30 gr. powdered sugar
Method
In a large bowl, crush the Savoiardi biscuits into powder.
Next, add the coffee, cream cheese, and praline.
Mix with your hands until it forms a dough.
Shape the mixture into truffles with your hands, making them the desired size.
Place them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
In a bowl, sift the cocoa powder and powdered sugar, then roll the truffles in the
mixture one by one.
