Ingredients
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 25 gr. ION cocoa
- 85 gr. maple syrup or honey if you want it sweeter
- 150 gr. peanut butter
Method
Boil the sweet potato until it softens.
In a blender, combine the boiled sweet potato with the remaining ingredients and
blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into a long cake mold that you've lined with non-stick parchment
paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 C in a convection setting for 12 minutes.
