Ingredients
- 250 g nuts of your choice
- 50 g cranberries
- 70 g honey
- 125 g ION white couverture
- 20 ml seed oil
Method
In a bowl, grate all the nuts into small pieces.
Place the chopped nuts in a large bowl, along with the cranberries and honey, and mix with a spatula until the mixture is homogenized.
Spread on a baking pan lined with parchment paper.
Over a bain marie, melt the white couverture, along with the seed oil and stir with a spatula until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the melted couverture into the baking pan, and spread it out.
Place in the refrigerator until frozen.
Right after, cut into pieces and store in the refrigerator.
