Ingredients
- 250 gr. Classic couverture ION
- 100 gr. Popcorn
Method
In a bain-marie, melt 200 gr. of your classic couverture.
Once ready, turn off the heat and add the remaining 50 gr. of couverture, finely
chopped.
Stir with a spatula, until the couverture is fully homogenized.
Immediately after, add the popcorn and mix very well until all the popcorn is coated
with chocolate.
Pour the mixture onto a large baking tray lined with parchment paper and spread it
out evenly.
Allow it to cool and then cut into pieces as desired.
