Ingredients
- 250 gr. Classic couverture ION
- 200 ml Full fat heavy cream
- 100 gr. Cookies of your choice
Method
In a bain marie, combine the couverture and heavy cream, stirring with a spatula until
it becomes a shiny ganache.
In a large bowl, break the cookies into irregular pieces.
After, pour the ganache over the cookies and mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a small rectangular cake mold lined with plastic wrap.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until set.
