Ingredients
- 250 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 160 ml water
Method
Cut the couverture into small pieces, and then put it in a bowl.
Heat the water until it comes to a boil.
As soon as the water is hot, pour it into the bowl with the couverture and wait a minute.
After the minute is up, whisk until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
In another bowl, add ice and a little water and place the bowl with the chocolate in it, whisking well for 5 to 10 minutes.
Gradually the consistency changes. Stir until it becomes a mousse.
Be careful, if the mousse is ready but you continue stirring and keep it on ice, it will get too thick.
Finally. when ready, divide into bowls of your choice.
