Ingredients
- 250 g ION PATISSERIE classic couverture
- 250 g bananas
- chocolate truffle, optionally
Method
Melt the couverture over a bain-marie.
Then, in a food processor puree the bananas.
Right after, remove the melted couverture from the bain-marie, add the mashed bananas and mix with a spatula, until completely homogenized.
Next, pure the mixture into a 16 cm baking hoop, and refrigerate until it is frozen.
When ready, remove it from the baking hoop and optionally sprinkle it with chocolate truffles.
