Ingredients
- 3 Medium apples (approximately 400 gr. +- 50 gr.)
- 250 gr. Classic couverture ION
Method
Clean the apples and boil them for 10-12 minutes.
Once boiled and drained well, puree them with a hand blender.
Next, melt our couverture in a bain – marie.
Pour the melted couverture over our apple puree and mix one last time with the hand
blender.
Finally, pour the mixture into a 18-20 cm hoop and place it in the refrigerator for at
least 2 hours.
Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.
