- 150 g Arla cream cheese
- 150 g white chocolate
- 3 medium eggs
Melt the white chocolate over a bain-marie and after removing from the heat, pour in the cream cheese.
Mix with a spatula until completely combined.
Next, separate the eggs into whites and yolks.
Pour the yolks into the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
In a bowl, using a hand mixer, beat the egg whites until they become a stiff meringue.
Pour 1/3 of the meringue into the cream cheese mixture and mix well with a spatula.
Finally, add the rest of the meringue and mix until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
Line an oblong cake pan with parchment paper and then, pour the mixture into it.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170 C fan, for about 40 minutes.
Garnish with jam of your choice or forest fruits.
